My Perfect Guys - Male Model Jeff Thomas


Back from vacation folks!  Miss me?  LOLz!

It was a great time spending it with family on a week-long vacation in North Carolina.  We stayed in Rodanthe, NC - Outer Banks.

We rented this 9-bedroom three-level house with 5 full baths, a private pool and walking distance to the beach.  I really commend my nieces who organized the whole thing.  They did a great job with activities for everyone including a bonfire at the beach with smores and glow sticks for the kids to enjoy.

We each got a t-shirt spelling all the names of my parents and all the siblings.  Amazing time!

Sunday - Happy Sunday! My Perfect Guys - Hunky Male Model Nathan Owens



I was uber happy today when I rediscovered a long lost friend that I had since 2009.  He simply disappeared for two and a half years.  For some reason, he closed all his email accounts, social media accounts and won't even answer any of my phone calls.

I was devastated because I really like him a lot.  We used to have nice talks online in the evenings.  We laughed a lot and joked a lot.  



I haven't asked him just yet why he felt the need to hide from everyone.  I probably would not dare ask him.  I am simply glad that he's back in my life and we are interacting as if nothing happened in the past two and a half years.  


One day, I'm sure that we will see each other again.  I really want to see him again.

Thank God he's back.  My status right now on all my social media accounts?  "HAPPY!"

My Perfect Guys - Fitness Model and Personal Trainer Abel Albonetti

Abel Albonetti is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Model from Northwest Mississippi. He currently spends most of his time traveling to photo shoots across the country and trying to land his first magazine spread and cover. When he’s not traveling, he can be found in his local gym keeping his body in peak condition. Abel also spends a considerable amount of time researching and experimenting with his meal plans and supplement choices, which he believes are crucial in helping him attain his fitness goals. This, along with his strong workout ethic, has propelled him to the level of fitness that has gained him national recognition. His training and diet discipline is amazing for someone of any age, but especially impressive for a 22 year-old.
